“Azəripək” has increased its export revenues more than 26-fold.

In January-April of this year, “Azəripək” LLC, a subsidiary of “Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation” OJSC, exported products worth 731 thousand USD.
According to Report and the “Export Review” by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications, this is 26.1 times more than the same period last year.
It is noted that in January-April 2020, “Azəripək” LLC exported products worth 28 thousand USD.
Recall that “Azəripək” was established in 2018. The company includes production units for raw silk processing from cocoons, weaving production, dyeing-decor production, cotton spinning, and twisting workshops. Non-production units include the administration building, mechanics, energy, transport, and raw material departments.
The cotton spinning unit, operating in a 3-shift system, has an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of slivers; the raw silk production unit operates in a single-shift system with an annual capacity of 500 tons of fresh silk; the weaving unit, in a single-shift system, produces 50,000 p/m of silk fabric and 40,000 p/m of cotton fabric; the dyeing-decor unit, in a single-shift system, produces 10,000 kerchiefs and 5,000 scarves manually per year.
The products of the enterprise are mainly exported to Russia, Turkey, and Iran.
